TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Error Codes

When an error has occurred, all Door LED’s will be flashing. Open the Door to access the LED Display and record the Error Code. Refer to the list of Error Codes below to identify the problem. A troubleshooting guide is provided to suggest probable causes and remedies for the most likely problems encountered. If the problem remains after exhausting the troubleshooting steps, contact the Bunn-O-Matic Technical Service Department.

Left (Regular) Pump Failed

Left Motor or RPM Sensor Failure.

 

Check motor and RPM sensor wires

 

for shorts or open connections.

Right (Decaf) Pump Failed

Right Motor or RPM Sensor Failure.

 

Check motor and RPM sensor wires

 

for shorts or open connections.

Cooling Time Too Long

WARNING: Empty BIB LED’s flash

 

slowly. Cool Temp Sensor above 75°F

 

> 4 Hrs. Check: Air Filter plugged or

 

blocked, Cabinet door open or faulty

 

seal, Wire shorts or open connections.

 

Ambient Operating Temp Too High

 

>90°F (32°).

 

FAULT: All LED’s Flash

 

Cool Temp Sensor above 75°F >

 

12 Hrs. Check: Air Filter plugged or

 

blocked, Cabinet door open or faulty

 

seal, Wire shorts or open connections.

 

Ambient Operating Temp Too High

 

>90°F (32°).
