Is the lighting set too low?

If not, the light bulb has burnt out. Contact the Miele Service Department.

What if the display messages are difficult to read?

The contrast or brightness of the displays are too low / high.

Adjust the display contrast / brightness.

What if there is no prompt in the display?

The unit has no power.
