IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

~Do not reheat food in the microwave oven in heat-retaining bags intended for normal ovens, such as bags used for grilled chicken.

~Eggs can be cooked without their shells using microwave power only if the yolk membrane has been punctured several times first. Otherwise, the pressure may cause the egg yolk to explode.

~When eggs are cooked with their shells in the microwave oven, they may explode, even after being removed from the oven interior. Only cook eggs in their shells in the microwave using a specially designed egg boiler.

Do not reheat hard-boiled eggs in the microwave oven.

~Food with a thick skin or peel, such as tomatoes, sausage, potatoes and eggplant, should be pierced or cut in several places before heating in order to allow steam to escape and prevent the food from bursting.

~Cookware with hollow knobs or handles is not suitable for use in the microwave. Moisture gathered in the hollow recesses can cause pressure to build up, and the item can explode (unless the recesses are sufficiently ventilated). We recommend that you do not use these types of dishes for cooking in the microwave oven.

~To check the food temperature, interrupt the cooking process.

Only use a thermometer specifically approved for use with food to measure the temperature. Do not use thermometers containing mercury or liquid, as these are not suitable for use at very high temperatures and can break easily.
