Playing an Memory Card M/C

You can play Photo, Music, and MOVIE files in Memory Cards with this DVD Home Theater System.

1. Insert a Memory Card until it fits into place.

2. Press DVD/CARD on the remote control.

The Memory Card slot choice menu appears on the TV screen.

If both slots are connected with Memory Card, use b / B to select the desired Memory Card slot.

3.Press ENTER. The menu appears.

-Compatible with: FAT 12, FAT 16, or FAT 32

-Only use the memory cards recommended.

Regarding Write Protect

For cards that have a write protect switch, if the switch is on it will not be possible to write or erase the contents of the card.

Notes:

Never remove the memory card or turn off the DVD Home Theater System while using the memory card. Doing so may result in loss of data or damage to the memory card or the DVD Home Theater System. SUCH DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY YOUR TOSHIBA WARRANTY.

It is recommended that you back up your memory card data. Toshiba is not liable for any damage caused by the use of any memory card with this DVD Home Theater System. Toshiba will not compensate for any lost data or recording(s) caused by the use of such cards.

For instructions on using your digital camera, refer to the owner’s manual for your camera.

For instructions on using your memory card, refer to the owner’s manual for your memory card.

Failure to take proper care of a memory card may prevent display of pictures or playback of MP3 files from the card or result in damage to the memory card or DVD Home Theater System. SUCH DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY YOUR TOSHIBA WARRANTY.

The technical criteria set out in this owner’s manual are meant as a guide only.

Keep the memory card out of reach of children. If swallowd, seek medical advice immediately.

This DVD Home Theater System cannot format a memory card.

If you insert two memory cards into the DVD Home Theater System simultaneously, file in the memory cards will not be able to be played.

If a folder in your memory card has more than 645 files, the files will not be able to be read.

Caution

Do not insert or extract the smart card when accessing the CF (Compact Flash) card.

Before you extract your memory cards, you should press the DVD/CARD to display the DVD menu screen. Otherwise you will lose your data in your memory card or the memory card can be damaged.
