flaming pan on a surface unit by covering the pan completely with a well-fitting lid, cookie sheet or fiat tray. Use a multi-purposedry chemical or foam-typefire extinguisher.

.4fter brofing, always take the broiler pan out of the range and clean it. Leftover grease in the broiler pan can catch fire the next time you use the pan.

*Never Ieavejars or cans of fat drippings on or near your range.

Never leave the oven door open when you are not watching the range.

The oven door must be dosed during broiling. Open door broiling will cause the control panel to get very hot.
