Introduction to your oven

Accessories supplied

Shelf

The shelf can be used to hold all dishes and moulds containing foodstuffs to be cooked or browned.

It can be used for barbecues

(to be placed directly on the shelf).

Enamel tray

When inserted in the supports under the shelf, it collects juice and fat from grilling, and can be used half-filled with water as a double-boiler.

Avoid placing roasts or meat directly in the tray because this is certain to cause significant spattering on the oven walls.
