When calling our toll-free telephone number for help or calling for service, you will need to provide a complete description of the problem, your appliance’s complete model and serial numbers and the purchase date. (See page 2.) This information is needed to respond to your request properly.

1. Before calling for assistance . . .

POSSIBLE CAUSE

The power cord is not plugged into a live circuit with proper voltage.

A household fuse has blown or a circuit breaker has tripped.

The electronic controls have not been set correctly.

A delayed start time has been programmed.

A household fuse has blown or a circuit breaker has tripped.

The control knobs are not being set correctly.

You are not pushing in before turning.

The range clock does not show the correct time of day.

The Lock Lever is not in the Clean position-all the way to the right.

SOLUTION

Plug the power cord into a live circuit with proper voltage. (See Installation Instruc- tions.)

Replace household fuse or reset circuit breaker,

Refer to pages 13-20 for setting the electronic controls.

Wait for the start time to be reached.

Push control knobs in before turning to a setting.
