Il est important que l’appareil soit parfaitement de niveau. Pour ce faire, enlever la plinthe placée sous la porte et ajuster individuellement les pieds réglables vers le haut ou vers le bas en les faisant tourner (ﬁg. 8 et 9). Contrôler à l’aide d’un niveau que l’appareil est bien à l’horizontale.

Si l’appareil est placé sur une surface souple, par exemple un plancher ou un tapis, il est conseillé de vériﬁer après un certain temps que l’appareil est toujours de niveau, la surface du sol pouvant s’affaisser sous le poids du réfrigérateur-congélateur.
