FINAL CHECKLIST
PLACEMENT OF UNIT:
LSpecified clearances maintained to cabinet surfaces.
LWok cooktop correctly positioned and anchored in countertop recess.
LNylon tie straps securing burner to channel have been removed.
LBackguard attached if less than 12” clearance to combustibles behind unit.
ELECTRICAL:
LPolarized 120 VAC, 15 ampere receptacle with 15 ampere over current protection provided, for service cord connection.
GAS SUPPLY:
LPressure regulator (shipped with unit) connected to manifold and set for 5.0” W.C. for natural gas or 10.0” W.C. for LP.
LManual gas shut off valve installed in accessible location.
LUnit tested and free of gas leaks.
OPERATION:
LAll internal packing material removed.
LBezel centered on burner knob and knob turns freely.
LBurner lights satisfactorily.
LFlame adjustment for soft blue cone made on burner.
LLow flame adjustment verified.
LDrip tray is properly in place and slides out freely.
