Do not defrost less than 14 lb (113 g).

 

Ground Beef, Patties

Do not defrost less than two 4 oz (113 g) patties.

 

Round Steak, Tenderloin Steak,

Place on a microwavable roasting rack.

 

Pot Roast, Chuck Roast, Rib

 

 

 

Roast, Rolled Rump Roast

 

 

 

Stew Beef

Place in a microwavable baking dish.

 

 

 

 

 

Lamb

 

 

 

Cubes for Stew

Place in a microwavable baking dish.

 

Chops (1 inch [2.5 cm] thick)
