PROCEDURE

Priik; place on paper towel directly on turntable. After cooking, remove from oven and let stand wrapped in foil 5 minutes.

NOTE: For large (8-10 ounce) potatoes, cook for longer time. For small (4 ounce) potatoes, cook for shorter time. (See “Changing one-touch and sensor cooking times” on page 33.)

Arrange on a double layer of paper towels; cover with another towel.

Place in a microwave-safe container. For beans, car- rots, corn, and peas, add 1 tablespoon water per cup. For broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower, cook immediately after washing with no additional water. If you like tender-crisp vegetables, set the Auto Cook quantity for half the amount of vegetables you are actually cooking. For example, when cooking 2 cups of vegetables, set AUTO COOK for 1 cup. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, remove from oven, stir, cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
