To pause playback

• DVD Video :

The unit will be in the still picture mode.

• CD/MP3 disc :

The unit will be in the pause mode.

• To return to normal playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE( ) button.

Frame advance playback [DVD Video only]

• During playback or in the still picture mode.

• Each time the STEP( ) button is pressed, the disc is advanced by one frame.

• To return to normal playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE( ) button.

To skip ahead or back during playback

• To skip ahead

Each time the button is pressed, a chapter/track on a DVD Video/CD is skipped.

• In case of MP3 disc, each time the FORWARD SKIP( ) or BACKWARD SKIP( ) button is pressed, the next or previous folder/file menu is skipped to.

• To skip back

When the button is pressed once midway through a chapter/track, playback returns to the beginning of that chapter/track. When it is pressed again, a chapter/track is skipped.

• You can select a track/file on a CD/MP3 disc directly with pressing the NUMERIC buttons.

In case of CD, press the corresponding NUMERIC buttons(0~9, +10), then the selected track will be played.

In case of MP3 disc, press the corresponding NUMERIC buttons(0~9) and press the ENTER button, then the selected file will be played.

In case of MP3 disc, when the folder list mode is selected, you can select a file in the current folder only.
