Customer service

Before contacting the authorized service center in case of problems while using your range, check if the cause is related one of the failures mentioned below, that can be easily repaired without the presence of a technician.

Burner does not light on

Correct knob has not been selected.

Check the correct knob and follow

 

instructions on "how to use" the gas

 

range.

Breaker of the house is disconnected

Turn the breaker on or call a qualified

What to do when you smell gas?

1.Do not turn on any type of switch in the house or on the oven.

2.Do not light matches, lighters or any other object that generates combustion.

3.Turn all the knobs on the OFF position.

4.Close and disconnect the gas valve from you device.

5.Open doors and window to get air circulating in the room.

6.Open and re-connect the gas connection.

Attention

If the smell persists, close or disconnect the valve and call the authorized costumer service.
