At higher temperature use also for roasting meats and poultry.

Uniform cooking with strong heat from the bottom of pizza, focaccia and bread.

Brown food on the top side only. Turn food over if browning is required on both sides.

Brown food on top and bottom side. This mode is preferred for browning food that is too delicate for turning such as fish.

NOTE: The degree of browning on each side might be different.

Dehydrate food, flowers, vegetables.

For best results, place dough in bowl and cover with a clean towel.
