Fish cooks quickly and should be added at the end of the cooking cycle during last fifteen minutes to hour of cooking.

For best results and to prevent food from drying or burning, always ensure an adequate amount of liquid is used in the recipe.

Ensure the stoneware is always filled a minimum of ½ full and a maximum of ¾ full, and conform to recommended cook times.

Classic One Pot™ Slow Cooker Dishes

Signature Chili

Add corn, substitute turkey for ground beef, or omit meat as desired. For additional heat, add a couple of chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.

3 pounds hamburger

1 12-ounce can beef broth

1 teaspoon oregano

3 teaspoons chili powder

5 cloves garlic

2 12-ounce cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed

2 12-ounce cans of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 5 dashes hot sauce

2 28-ounce cans crushed Italian tomatoes

1 12-ounce can of tomato paste

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 red pepper, diced

1 green pepper, seeded and diced

2 Serrano chili peppers, minced

1 long red pepper, diced
