- This product is designed for household use only - When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be

2.To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the Motor Body, Cord or Electrical Plug in water or other liquid. See Cleaning Instructions.

3.The appliance is designed for household use only. It is not intended for commercial use.

4.This appliance should not be used by children. To avoid accidental injury, close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

5.Unplug appliance from power outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.

6.Do not operate any appliance with damaged cord or plug, or after appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to NESCO® Factory Service Department for examination, repair or adjustment.

7.During operation keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from attachments and any mixing container, to reduce risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the appliance. A spatula may be used but only when the unit is not operating.

8.Blades are SHARP! Handle with care when removing, inserting and cleaning.

9.Be sure chopper cover is securely in place before operating appliance.

10.To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.

11.When mixing liquids, especially HOT liquids, use a tall container or make small quantities at a time to reduce spillage, splattering and possibility of injury from burning.

12.The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.

13.Do not use outdoors.

14.Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or touch hot surfaces.

15.Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.

16.Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.

17.Avoid contacting moving parts. Make sure the appliance is OFF, the motor has stopped completely, and the appliance is unplugged from outlet before putting on or taking off attachments and before cleaning.

Polarized Plug: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce risk of electric shock, plug is intended to fit into polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not try to modify the plug in any way.
