Nespresso warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for the following warranty period, which varies according to the country of purchase. the warranty period commences on the date of purchase and Nespresso may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to ascertain that date.
norway, sweden, Denmark, Finland: 3 years
european union, switzerland, turkey, Russia, China, Korea, singapore, taiwan, Hong Kong, australia, new zealand: 2 years
all other markets: 1 year
During the warranty period, Nespresso will either repair or replace, at its option, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be warranted for only the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater. this limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, failure to follow the product instructions, calcium deposits, improper or inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, use for commercial purposes, use on current or voltage other than as marked on the product, product alteration, fire, lightning, flood or other external causes. this warranty is valid only in the country of purchase or in such other countries where Nespresso sells and services the same model with identical technical specifications. Warranty service outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service.
except to the extent allowed by applicable law, the terms of this limited warranty do not exclude, restrict or modify the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this product to you and are in addition to those rights. this limited warranty applies only to this single-branded Nespresso product. Products marked with both the Nespresso brand and the brand of another producer are governed exclusively by the warranty provided by that other producer. any defect resulting from the use of non-genuine Nespresso capsules will not be covered by this warranty.

Cette garantie limitée ne s’applique pas aux dommages résultant d’un accident, d’une négligence, d’une mauvaise utilisation, du non respect des instructions d’utilisation du produit, d’un dépôt de calcaire, d’un mauvais entretien ou d’un manque d’entretien, de l’usure normale, d’une utilisation à des fins commerciales, d’une utilisation avec un voltage autre que celui indiqué sur le produit, d’une altération non autorisée du produit, d’un incendie, de la foudre, d’un dégât des eaux ou de toute autre cause externe. Cette garantie n’est valable que dans le pays d’achat ou dans les pays où nespresso commer- cialise ou répare le même modèle d’appareil de la même marque (ayant des spécifi-cations techniques identiques). Le service de garantie à l’extérieur du pays d’achat est limité aux termes et conditions de la garantie correspondante pour le pays où est offert ce service de garantie.
sauf si la loi en dispose autrement, les conditions de cette garantie limitée n’excluent pas, ne restreignent pas et ne modifient pas les dispositions légales applicables à la vente de ce produit au consommateur, et s’ajou- tent à ces dispositions.
