USING EAR FORCE® SURROUND SOUND HEADSET

Turtle Beach Ear Force headphones are a perfect add-on for the Riviera. Be sure to check them out at www.TurtleBeach.com.

The optional Turtle Beach Ear Force HPA2 surround-sound headset lets you experience surround-sound without having to set-up a 5.1 speaker system. The Ear Force HPA2 includes an amplifier unit that boosts the output level of the 5.1 output signals to provide head-shaking bass and a removable microphone compatible with the Riviera microphone input.

Ear Force HPA2 with Amplifier

The headset includes four speakers in each ear cup for reproducing Front, Surround, Center and Sub audio signals from the Riviera 5.1 analog outputs, providing a realistic surround-sound experience without the need for a 5.1 speaker system.

To connect the headset to the analog outputs, insert the colored jacks on the headphone cable into the matching plugs on the Riviera bracket (Green = Front, Black = Surround, Orange (blue on Riviera) = Center/Sub, Pink = Microphone).

When placing the headset over your ears, be sure to place the cable/mic side on the left ear so that the front and rear speakers will be correctly positioned.
