Thefirst timethe KAV-250cd/2ispluggedin, thereis a 30-seconddelay beforeyoucanswitchto the operationalmodeDo.not pressthe power buttonor keyuntil thefront paneldisplayilluminates.

1.Press the open/closebutton or openkey to openthe compact disc transport.

2.Placethe compactdisc on the transport.

3.Pressthe open/closebutton or openkey again to close the com- pact disc transport.

4.Pressthe play button or keyto begin playbackfromthe first track.

5.-Press the stop button or key to endcompactdisc playback.

Adjustthe volumelevel throughyoursystemvolumecontrol.
