using a spark plug wrench so that the washer is compressed. A used spark plug should be turned 1/8 of a turn from the seated position. A new spark plug should be turned 1/4 a turn from the seated position.

Replace the ignition cable.

Checking the Engine's Cooling Air Intake

Check that the engine’s cooling air intake is free from leaves, grass, and dirt.

If the cooling air intake is clogged, engine cooling deteriorates, which can lead to engine damage.
