Enter text by selecting alphanumeric keys and you can use the following keys:

Number Function
1Change case.
2Switch between Number/Symbol mode and ABC mode.
Access the keypad settings. Tap and hold
3to switch to Handwriting mode, enter text by voice.
4Clear your input.
5Start a new line.
6Attach an item.
7Insert a space.
When Predictive text (XT9) mode is activated, you can use continuous input, which allows you to enter text by sweeping on the keypad. ►p. 168
