Connecting the Antennas

If AM reception is poor, connect an outdoor

AM antenna(not supplied).

AM Loop Antenna (supplied)

FM Antenna (supplied)

Snap the tabs on the loop into the slots of the base to assemble the AM loop antenna.

DAB Antenna

FM antenna connection

1.Connect the FM antenna supplied to the FM 75Ω COAXIAL terminal as a temporary mea- sure.

2.Slowly move the antenna wire around until you find a location where reception is good, then fasten it to a wall or other rigid surface.

AM antenna connection1.Connect the AM loop antenna suppliedto the AM and terminals.

2.If reception is poor, connect an outdoor single vinyl-covered wire to the AM ter- minal. (Keep the AM loop antenna con- nected).

DAB antenna connection

1.Connect the connector on the end of the DAB antenna cable into the DAB antenna input on the back of the unit.

2.Attach the end of the DAB antenna cable to a wall with good reception.
