Auto defrostFor inexperienced cooks, the oven offers a total of 5 auto defrost features. Take advantage of this feature to save your time or shorten your learning curve. The cooking time, power level and temperature will be adjusted according to the selected recipe.

Use Ceramic tray on the 1st
level
1.Press Menu, and then tap Auto defrost.
2.Swipe up or down to select a category, and then tap a desired recipe in that category.
3.Tap the weight element to display the number pad.
Use the number pad to input the desired weight by manually.
4.Tap “>” to go to the next step, or tap “<” to return to the previous screen
5.Prepare food and accessories as instructed, and then tap OK.
