Garantia 3M (rato ergonómico EM550)- contra possivéis defeitos de mão de obra e de material durante un periodo de dois (2) anos a partir da data de compra. Esta garantia NÃO COBRE o uso e desgaste normal devido ao uso e/ou danos provocados acidentalmente (indevido ou negligente). Esta garantia exclui também os danos resultantes das condições de armazenamento, carga e descarga, o transporte e outros danos que possam ser causados por terceiros e que fujam ao total controle da 3M. A 3M não oferece garantias adicionais, expressas ou implícitas, incluindo a título meramente enunciativo e não exaustivo, a não ser em casos comerciais específicos ou para algum fim concreto. Activação da Garantia: se encontrar algum defeito no seu produto, deverá entrar de imediato em contacto com o local onde adquiriu o mesmo e reportar o problema ou defeito. Esta garantia só será válida se acompanhada da factura original de compra e se as reclamações apresentadas se encontrem dentro do período de garantia. Se for necessário o comprador enviar o produto para a 3M, qualquer custo associado ao mesmo ficará por conta do comprador. Se demonstrado que o produto está realmente com algum defeito a 3M procederá à sustituição ou reparação do produto ou se o comprador pretender, reembolsará o valor do produto ao preço de compra.
