Error Messages

The meter automatically performs a system check to prevent inaccurate results. If the meter detects a malfunction, it displays the “Err” message and an appropriate symbol.

Do not make treatment decisions based on an error message.

The code key is faulty, or the code key was removed while the meter was on. Turn meter OFF and re-insert code key. If this error display still appears, contact Roche Diagnostics.
