Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of the TimeTimer WristTimer! No other tool communicates the concept of elapsed time as well as theTimeTimer.Time Timer reinforces the sense of elapsed time with a graphic depiction of the time remaining.
Understanding the Timer
The Time Timer Wrist Timer™ provides a graphical count down timer, using the patentedTimeTimer technology. Red represents the time remaining.The disk diminishes as time elapses until the display is blank and no red is visible on the timer face.Time elapses in a clockwise direction. When active, the Alarm sounds to let you know that time has run out.

The timer also comes with a convenient back light, to help you see the display in low light conditions. Press the LIGHT button (upper left) to turn on the back light.
Using the Timer
The timer can be set anywhere from one minute up to one hour.There is an audible alarm to let you know when time has expired.
The timer comes from the factory set to one hour, and the audible alarm set to OFF.
To change the settings, see the following instructions.

•To Start the timer, press theTIMER button (upper right).
•To Stop the timer, press theTIMER button TWICE, in rapid succession (press the button twice within ½ second).
•To Reset the timer, press and hold the TIMER button for at least 2 seconds.
If turned ON, the Alarm will sound when time expires.The alarm sounds for 5 seconds, or until cancelled by pressing any button.
Setting the Timer
The timer must be stopped before changing settings.The timer uses a standard setting procedure:
•Press and hold “S1” to enter setting mode
•Press “S2” to change the field to set
•Press “S3” to change the value of the field being set
•Press “S4” to exit setting mode
To set the timer, press and hold the
S1 button (upper left) for about three seconds, until the numbers in the middle begin to flash, indicating that you have entered setting mode.

Press S2 (upper right) to cycle through the fields you can set.The fields are: Time setting → Alarm On/Off → Time setting. Press S2 until you see digits in the center of the display. Now you can set the timer. Press S3+ (lower right) to increase the timer set point, and press S3– (lower left) to decrease the set point.You will see both the digits and also the dial size increase or decrease. For a setting of 60 minutes, the dial will show completely red.
Once you have set the desired time, press S2 once to change Alarm On/Off Setting. You will see the word “ON” or “OFF,” plus an alarm •3 symbol, both flashing. Press S3+ or S3– to turn the Alarm on or off.
Pressing S2 again will return you to the Timer setting. Press S4 once (upper left) to exit setting mode. Leaving the timer unattended for 30 seconds in set mode causes it to save any changes and then exit set mode.
Setting Notes:
1.You can either press and release S3+ and S3– to change field values, or “press and hold” either of the S3 buttons to rapidly change the field value.

Changing the Battery
When the display grows dim or goes out entirely, it is time for a new battery. Using a small Phillip’s head jeweler’s screwdriver, remove the four screws holding back of timer onto case. Gently slide the old battery from its slot, and replace with new CR2025 Lithium battery. Make sure that the positive (“+”) terminal side is facing up.
Power Reset
You can reset the timer to original factory settings by pressing S3+ and S3– (the two lower buttons) together, and holding for at least five seconds.
