Press power key and look if the picture is normal

Please reinsert and make sure the

AC of 100-240 is normal

	OK	NG		Reinsert or check the
				power section
Measure U701, U702 Pin2=3.3V,
U703 Pin1=1.8V
	NG
			Measure CN701 Pin1=12V?Pin5＝5V?
	OK
Check if X401,X402 oscillate
waveforms are normal					NG
						Replace Power section
	NG				OK
	OK	Replace X401,X402
					Replace U701,U702,U703
	Replace U403
