3.4 The Main Menu
Once
you
enter
the
Award
BIOS
CMOS
Setup
U
t
ility
,
the
Main
Menu
appears
on
the
screen.
In
t
he
Main
Menu,
there
are
several
Setup
f
unctions
and
a
couple
of
Exit
options
f
or
your
selec
t
ion.
Use
arrow
keys
to
select
the
Setup
Page
you
intend
t
o
configure
then
press
<Enter>
to
accept
or
enter
its
sub-menu.
NOTE
If
your
computer
can
not
boot
after
making
and
saving
system
changes
wi
t
h
Setup
,
the
Award
BIOS
will
reset
your
system
to
t
he
CMOS
default
se
tt
ings
via
its
built-in
override
feature.
It
is
strongly
recommended
t
hat
you
should
avoid
changing
t
he
chipset’s
defaults.
Both
Award
and
your
system
manufac
t
urer
have
carefully
set
up
these
defaults
t
hat
provide
the
best
performance
and
reliability.
