Make sure your battery is not completely drained or damaged.

Remove your battery, remove your SIM card then power it on again.

Hold down # + power on/off key at same time to reset it.

ALL User phone data: contacts, photos, messages and files, downloaded applications like Java games will be lost permanently.

How to make your battery last longer

Be sure to fully charge your battery for a minimum of 3 hours.

After a partial charge, the battery level indicator may not be exact.Wait at least 20 minutes after removing the charger to obtain an exact indication

Switch on the backlight upon request.

Extend email auto-check interval as long as possible.

Update news, weather info. upon demand manually or set its auto-check interval longer.

Exit Java background-running applications if they are not being used for a long time.

Deactivate Bluethooth when not in use.
