Initial System Start-Up

When operating the unit for the first time after installation or after the vehicle's battery has been disconnected and reconnected, set the volume level to its minimum, then remove the detachable front panel. (Refer to page 7.)

Press the button with a ball-point pen or any other pointed object. The plate opens automatically.

There is a small hole at the lower right side. Behind this hole the red Reset switch is located. Press the Reset switch with a ball-point pen or any other pointed object.

Push the plate to close it until a click sound is produced.

Attach the front panel (see page 7).
