1 Press Rotary encoder repeatedly to choose the desired mode.

Each press changes the modes as follows:

Subwoofer : 0 ~ +15

Balance : L15 ~ R15

Fader : R15 ~ F15

Defeat : ON/OFF

Volume : 0 ~ 35

Press gor fafter selecting the Subwoofer mode, and the subwoofer output phase is toggled NORMAL (PHASE 0°) or REVERS (PHASE 180°).

If the Rotary encoder is not pressed within 5 seconds after selecting the BALANCE, FADER, DEFEAT or SUBWOOFER mode, the unit automatically returns to normal mode.

*1 When the subwoofer mode is set to OFF, its level and phase cannot be adjusted.

2 Turn the Rotary encoder until the desired sound is obtained in each mode.

By setting Defeat ON, previously adjusted settings of EQ will return to the factory defaults and MX is turned off.

Depending on the connected devices, some functions and display indications do not work.

Adjusting and Storing the built-in Crossover

The High and Low Pass Filters on this unit can be adjusted to suit your personal taste.

1 Press and hold MENU for at least 2 seconds.

2 Press MENU to select HPF/LPF.

3 Press BAND/TEL. to change the setting mode.

HPF LPF*

*When the subwoofer output of this unit is turned off, LPF and phase are deactivated.

4 Turn the Rotary encoder to select the desired setting.

HPF (Setting the High Pass Filter):

FLAT (OFF) 80Hz 120Hz 160Hz

All frequencies above the selected cutoff are output.

LPF (Setting the Low Pass Filter):

FLAT (OFF) 80Hz 120Hz 160Hz

All frequencies below the selected cutoff are output. (Only available when using the subwoofer output from this unit.)

To store the adjusted contents

1)Press and hold, for at least 2 seconds, the preset buttons (1 or 2) into which you wish to store the adjusted contents.

5 Press the Rotary encoder to confirm the adjusted contents.

The adjusted contents are not stored if the Rotary encoder is not pressed.

6 After setting, press MENU to select RETURN.

The unit returns to normal mode.

Pressing and holding MENU for at least 2 seconds will return to normal mode.

The setting mode returns to normal mode if no buttons are pressed within 15 seconds.

These functions are inoperative when an external, Ai-NET processor is connected.

Except when the HPF and LPF is turned OFF, the subwoofer is in monaural mode.

When the subwoofer is set to OFF, LPF mode and change of phase does not work.

Recalling the Stored built-in Crossover Settings

2 Press MENU to select HPF/LPF.

3 Press the preset button (1 or 2) to which your desired built-in crossover settings are assigned.

4 Press MENU to select RETURN.

The unit returns to normal mode.

Pressing and holding MENU for at least 2 seconds will return to normal mode.

The setting mode returns to normal mode if no buttons are pressed within 15 seconds.
