BEFORE INITI AL USE:
Interi or ove n surfaces must be heated to remo ve surface oils and the accomp anying odor prod uce d during the first use of the oven .
1.Wipe all wire shelves, side racks and the full ove n inte rior with a clea n, damp clo th. Ins tall the ove n sid e racks, oven shelves, and externa l drip tray. Shelves are installed with the curved edge toward the bac k of the oven. Insert the drip pan on the interior bottom surface of
the ove n.
2.Close the oven doors, pres s the powe r switch to the on position, and set the thermostat to 300°F (149° C).
All ow the oven to cycl e for appro xim atel y
2 hour s or until no odor is detected.3.
PREH EATING:
Always prehea t the oven for a minim um of 20 minutes bef ore cooki ng produ ct. Follow the operating inst ructions indicated on the nex t pag e of thi s manual.
