MANUAL CONTRO L OPERAT ION:

1. Tur n oven POWER SWIT CH ‘ON’.

— POW ER SWITCH wil l illumi nate and will remai n lit as lon g as the Powe r Swi tch is in the ‘ON ’ posit ion .

2. Set the HOL D THE RMO STA T to the requ ired hold ing tem perature .

— HOL DING INDICATOR LIGHT will illu minate as the Hold Thermos tat calls for heat. This proce ss will con tinue as long as the Pow er Swit ch and Hold Thermo stat are ‘ON’.

3. Set COOK THERM OSTA T to the requ ired cook ing tempe rature .

4. To preh eat the ove n, act ivate the Cook Thermostat by turning the COO KING TIMER clockwi se.

— COOK ING INDICATO R LIGHT and

HOLD ING INDICAT OR LIG HT will illum inate as the unit calls for heat. This process will con tinue until the COOKING TIM ER cyc les to the ‘OFF’ pos ition .

COOKIN G OVEN CHARACTE RISTICS :

The oven is equipped with a special, hig h-heat - den sity, hea ting cable. Through the Halo Heat con cep t, the heating cable is mounted again st the walls of the coo king cavity to provide an evenly applied, the rmosta tically cont rolled, heat source. The desi gn and operational character ist ics of the oven eliminate the need for a moistur e pan or a hea t circul ating fan. Throu gh even heat application, the quality of a foo d produc t is maintained for many hours.
