E-10	Air Sensor	Fault	(sho rted)	Air sens or is sho rted or defec tive , or there is a conne ctio n failu re.
				Detach the sensor from the termi nal block.		Use an Ohm meter to meas ure
				the resistance of the sen sor. Check sens or at 32°F (0°C ) using a conta iner
				of ice water . If Ohm reading is 100, replac e displa y. If Ohm readi ng is
				not 100, repla ce senso r.
E-11	Air Sensor	Fault	(open)	Air sens or is ope n or def ecti ve, or there is a connect ion fail ure.
				Detach the sensor from the termina l block.		Use an Ohm meter to measur e
				the resi stance of the sensor . Chec k sensor at 32°F (0°C) using a contai ner
				of ice water. If Ohm reading is 100, replac e displa y. If Ohm read ing is not
				100, repl ace sensor .
E-30	Under tem per atu re			The unit has been below its set tem perat ure for 90 minutes . Check the
				foll owing: Oven doo r may be open or door gas ket may nee d repla cem ent.
				Verify that the oven has been prehea ted and is not ove rloa ded or conta ins
				frozen prod ucts. Air senso r, prob e, or rela y may be defe ctiv e, ther e may be a
				bad wire connecti on, an open hea ting cable, or the high limi t switch may be
				tripped. Conta ct servi ce if probl em persi sts.
E-31	Over temper ature			This error wil l displa y if the unit reaches a tem pera ture of 25 degrees above
				its maximum allowa ble set point.	If the unit reache s 50 degr ees above its
				maximum allowable set poi nt the contro l will turn off. Chec k the followi ng:
				Shor ted cable , defec tive sol id stat e relay, or defec tive air sensor . If none of
				the above, conta ct serv ice.
E-80	Fun ction dat a val ues wer e reset.			Ensu re that all tem perat ures and times are properly set. Conta ct servi ce if
				problem per sist s
E-82	Inte rna l control		calibration err or	Cont act Service .

		Calibration off.	Calibrate according to instructi ons
			found on page 9.
