GUÍA DE SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

Antes de llamar a un técnico para su horno, verifique esta lista de posibles problemas y soluciones.

No funcionan ni la pantalla del horno ni el horno.

•Inserte correctamente el enchufe a un tomacorriente conectado a tierra.

•Si el tomacorriente está controlado por un interruptor de pared, asegúrese de que el interruptor de pared esté encendido.

•Retire el enchufe del tomacorriente, espere diez segundos y vuelva a enchufarlo.

•Reinicie el disyuntor o reemplace cualquier fusible quemado.

•Enchufe otro artefacto en el tomacorriente; si el otro artefacto no funciona, llame a un electricista calificado para que repare el tomacorriente.

•Enchufe el horno en un tomacorriente diferente.

La pantalla del horno funciona, pero la electricidad no se enciende.

•Asegúrese de que la puerta esté bien cerrada.

•Controle si quedó material de embalaje u otro material en la traba de la puerta.

•Controle que la puerta no esté dañada.

•Oprima la tecla STOP/CLEAR (APAGAR/ANULAR) dos veces y vuelva a ingresar todas las instrucciones de cocción.

El horno se apaga antes de que transcurra el tiempo programado.

•Si no hubo un corte de electricidad, retire el enchufe del tomacorriente, espere diez segundos y vuelva a enchufarlo. Si hubo un corte de electricidad, aparecerá el indicador de la hora:

POR FAVOROPRIMA CLOCK (RELOJ) Y CONFIGURE LA HORA DEL DÍA. Reinicie el reloj y cualquier instrucción de cocción.

•Reinicie el disyuntor o reemplace cualquier fusible quemado.

La comida se cocina demasiado lentamente.

•Asegúrese de que el horno esté en su propio circuito de 20 amp. Poner en funcionamiento otro electrodoméstico en el mismo circuito puede causar una caída de tensión. Si es necesario, enchufe el horno en su propio circuito.

Ve chispas o arco eléctrico.

•Saque cualquier utensilio metálico, artículos de cocina o cierres de metal. Si usa papel de aluminio, utilice sólo tiras pequeñas y deje al menos una pulgada entre el papel de aluminio y las paredes interiores del horno.

El plato giratorio hace ruido o se pega.

•Limpie el plato giratorio, el anillo giratorio y el piso del horno.

•Asegúrese de que el plato y el anillo giratorio estén colocados correctamente.

El uso de su microondas causa interferencia de TV o radio.

•Esto es similar a la interferencia causada por otros artefactos pequeños, como por ejemplo los secadores. Aleje más su microondas microondas de otros electrodomésticos, como su TV o radio.

Nota:

Si el horno está programado para cocinar durante más de 25 minutos, se ajustará automáticamente a una potencia del 70 por ciento después de los 25 minutos para evitar que se pase la comida.
