It allows you to specify the speed of the ISA bus.

Setting: Subtractive Speed, Slow Speed, Medium Speed, Fast Speed.

Decode I/O Address 0/ 1/ 2/ 3/ 4/ 5 [15:4]

It allows you to allocate an address to the ISA bus. The address may range from 0001 to 0FFF.
