FILTER EFFECT: The Filter effect tweaks the original sound to add different tonal definition. The Filter Effect has two adjustable param- eters, Parameter Time PT and Parameter Ratio PR. The PT will ad- just the Time Range and The PR will adjust the Frequency Range see Parameters in the next section
