Care and Cleaning

Advantium Oven

How to clean the outside

We recommend against using cleaners with ammonia or alcohol, as they can damage the appeareance of the microwave oven. If you choose to use a common household cleaner, first apply the cleaner directly to a clean cloth, then wipe the soiled area.

Case

Clean the outside with a sudsy cloth. Rinse and then dry. Wipe the window clean with a damp cloth.

Glass Control Panel and Door (on some models)

Wipe with a clean damp sponge. Dry thoroughly. Do not use cleaning sprays, large amounts of soap and water, abrasives or sharp objects on the panel—they can damage it.

Stainless Steel Surfaces (on some models)

Do not use a steel wool pad; it will scratch the surface.

To clean the stainless steel surface,

use warm sudsy water or a stainless steel cleaner or polish. Always wipe the surface in the direction of the grain. Follow the cleaner instructions for cleaning the stainless steel surface.
