PROBLEM	CAUSE	SOLUTION
Buns will not toast	Wrong temperature setting	Increase temperature setting
		and allow two cycles to warm up.
	Excessive cupping of bun surface	Verify bun cut to bun specification
		Check conveyor adjustment
		Buns are stale, use fresher buns.
Buns toast unevenly	Excessive cupping of bun surface	Buns may be stale. Try fresh buns.
	Conveyor pressure too light	Adjust conveyor tension
Buns stick to grill	Doughy buns or excessive sugar and	Reduce grill temperature
	moisture, plus grill temperature too high.	Allow buns to age.
	Build up on Grill Surface	Clean Grill per instructions
No power	No power at the wall	Check circuit breaker or fuse
	receptacle	Check plug at receptacle
	Power cord disconnected	Check that switch is ON and
	Main switch	operative
Conveyor will not turn	Drive gears not engaged	Check gear alignment and
(Motor turns)		engagement
	Gear set screws not tight	Check screws and tighten if required
