11- TROUBLE SHOOTING

Jukebox Recorder Hard Disk is	- Make sure to restart your computer
not recognized after USB drivers	- Make sure the “Removable” box is checked
are installed on PC	(under Control Panel/ System/ Device Manager /
	Disk Drives/ Jukebox Drive Properties/Settings)
Jukebox Recorder Hard Disk is	- Make sure to restart your computer
not recognized after USB drivers	- Enable PC Exchange, the hard disk needs to be
are installed on MAC	formatted with MAC/PC Exchange.
Error Light (red) is on :	- Read error from hard disk usually due to insufficient
.	power from batteries: recharge batteries using
	included power adaptor.
Jukebox will not turn on or will	- Recharge the Jukebox using Only ARCHOS
not play :	included power adaptor.
	- Check Battery Levels on LCD.
	- Jukebox is disable when USB cable is
	connected
Can’t find or play the Playlist :	- Make sure the playlist is saved on the Jukebox
	drive or manually copy the playlist to the
	Jukebox. The default location of playlist is
	located at :
	C:\ProgramFiles\MusicMatch\MusicMatch
	Jukebox\Playlist\Default
Computer Locks up :	- Make sure to stop accessing the Jukebox before
	disconnecting the USB cable.
	- Never remove the USB connector or the power
	jack before removing your Jukebox from
	computer port.
