You can make temporary changes to the wash
temperature and/or spin speed on the preset
programs. Simply press the button for the preset
program you want to use then follow the instructions at
right. The settings will revert to normal at the end of the
program.

CUSTOMIZING THE PRESET PROGRAM BUTTONS

ASKO washers are delivered preset with four commonly
used programs. The table below lists the preset
programs and the settings for each. To select a
program, simply press one of the program buttons and
press Start. For additional programming options, refer

ASKO’s EasyControl™ panel makes it simple to
customize the preset programs to perfectly fit your
laundry needs. You needn’t worry about making an error
because you can easily restore the original program
settings.
In addition to the preset programs listed above, you
can customize the preset buttons to use any of the
programs listed in the table below.

Remember, you can temporarily adjust the temperature
setting and spin speed for a preset program. (See
“Making Temporary Program Changes” below.)
AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
Temperature – Press until the desired temperature
displays in the LCD window. (The options are 85°, 105°,
120°, 140°, 160°, 175°, and 205°.) If you also want to
change the spin speed, read the following paragraph;
otherwise, press Start.
Spin Speed – Press until the desired spin speed
displays in the LCD window then press Start. (The spin
speeds advance in 200 rpm increments.)
This table also lists the pre-programmed settings for
each program. For example, if you select Perma Press
on the program menu, it is automatically programmed
to wash at 105° F using a normal wash action, rinse
three times then do a short spin, then rinse two more
times, do a long spin and drain. You can modify some
of these settings (see “Wash Program Options” on page
14).
NOTE: (1) Model W6641 has a maximum spin speed of 1400 rpm.
