Sharing files over the network

Sharing files under Windows® XP OS

To configure your computer to allow folders to be shared:

1.Click Start > Control Panel >

Network and Internet Connection > Network Setup Wizard.

2.Select Turn on file and printer shariing.

3.When done, click Finish.

To share files under Windows® XP OS:

1.On your computer, select the folder containing the files that you want to share.

2.Right-click the selected folder, and select Sharing and Security.
