Latest processor technology

The motherboard comes with a 478-pin surface mount, Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) socket for the IntelÆ PentiumÆ 4 processor in the 478-pin package with 512/256KB L2 cache on 0.13 micron process. This motherboard supports 800/533/400 MHz system front side bus that allows 6.4GB/s, 4.3GB/s and 3.2GB/s data transfer rates, respectively. The motherboard also supports the IntelÆ Hyper-Threading Technology and the next-generation IntelÆ Prescott CPU.

Dual Channel DDR memory support

Employing the Double Data Rate (DDR) memory technology, the motherboard supports up to 4GB of system memory using DDR400/333/ 266 DIMMs. The ultra-fast 400MHz memory bus delivers the required bandwidth for the latest 3D graphics, multimedia, and Internet applications.

The Serial ATA specification provides scalable performance with up to 150MB/s data transfer rate and allows a maximum of two Serial ATA hard disks with RAID 0 and RAID 1 array.

AGP 8X support

AGP 8X (AGP 3.0) is the next generation VGA interface specification that enables enhanced graphics performance with high bandwidth speeds up to 2.12 GB/s.
