Troubleshooting

Common cure	If the unit does not seem to be responding
for electronic	normally, try putting the cordless headset
equipment.	in its base or charger. If it does not seem to
	respond, do the following (in the order listed):
	•	Disconnect the power to the headset
		charger and the headset or telephone base.
	•	Disconnect the cordless headset battery.
	•	Wait a few minutes.
	•	Connect power to everything you
		unplugged.
	•	Re-install the battery, and place the
		cordless headset into the headset base or
		charger.

• Wait for the cordless headset to re-establish its connection with the headset or telephone base. Allow up to one minute for this to take place.
