Hardware Requirements

Console

ŠA VGA compatible monitor capable of the highest possible resolution

ŠA USB or PS/2 mouse

ŠA USB or PS/2 keyboard

Computers

The following equipment must be available on each computer:

Note: The quality of the display is affected by the quality of the VGA display card. For best results, we recommend you purchase a high quality product.

ŠType A USB ports or 6-pin Mini-DIN PS/2 ports

Cables

Only KVM cable sets which are specifically designed to work with this switch may be used to link to the computers. Two (CS82U) or four (CS84U) cable sets are provided with this package. To order further cable sets, please see table, below:
