16(24)×10/100Mbps Auto-negotiation Ethernet ports: all ports support auto MDI/MDIX, so there is no need to use crossover cables or an up-link port. Full/half duplex transfer mode for each port. With VLAN function you can group-up individual ports into a small “virtual” network of their own to be independent respect to the other ports. If some ports need to have the priority to manage the data transfer, QoS should be changed. Flow control for each port: this setting determines whether or not the Switch will be handling flow control.
