This product comes with a Lifetime Guarantee against defects in both materials and workma nship. In the
event a defect that is covered by the foregoing warranty occurs during the applicable period stated above,
ATN, at its option, will either repair or replace the product, and such action on the par t of ATN shall be the
full extent of ATN’s liability, and the Customer’s sole and exclusive rem edy. This warranty does not cover
a product (a) used in other than its normal and customary manner ; (b) subjected to misuse, (c) subjecte d
to alterations, modifications or repairs by the Customer of by any party other than ATN without prior written
consent of ATN; (d) special or der or “close-out ” merchandise or mer chandise sold “as -is” by either ATN
or the ATN dealer; or (e) merchandise that has bee n discontinued by the manufa cturer and either parts
or replacement units are not available due to reasons beyond the control of ATN. ATN shall not be respon-
sible for any defe cts or damag e that in ATN’s opin ion is a resul t from the mis handling, a buse, misus e,
improper storage or improper operation, includ ing use in conjunction with equipment which is electricall y
or mechanicall y incompati ble with or of infe rior qualit y to the product , as well as failur e to maintain the
environmental conditions specified by t he manufactur er. This warrant y is extended o nly to the origi nal
purchaser. Any breach of this warr anty shall be waived unl ess the customer not ifies ATN at the address
noted below within in the applicable warranty period.
THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING WARRANTY,
NO OTHER WARRANTIES WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
ANY IMPLIED WARRANT Y OF MERCHANTABI LITY OR FITNESS FO R A PARTICULAR PURP OSE,
SHALL APPLY TO THE PRODUCT. ALL SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY AND EXPRESS-
LY DISCLAIMED.
lImITATIon of lIAbIlITy
ATN will not be liable for any claims, actions , suits, proceeding s, costs, expenses, dama ges or liabilities
arising out of the use of thi s product. Oper ation and use of the pro duct are the sole res ponsibilit y of the
Customer. ATN’s sole undertaking is limited to provid ing the products and servic es outlined herein in ac-
cordance with the ter ms and conditio ns of this Agreement . The provision of pro ducts sold and ser vices
performed by ATN to the Customer sh all not be interpreted , construed. 01 regar ded, either expres sly or
implied. as being fur the benefit of or creating any ob ligation toward any third part y of legal entity outside
ATN and the Customer: ATN’s ob ligations un der this Agree ment extend sol ely to the Custo mer. ATN’S
LIABILITY HERE UNDER FOR DAMAG ES. REGARDLES S OF THE FORM OR ACTION, SHAL L NOT
EXCEED THE FEES OR OTHER C HARGES PAID TO ATN BY THE CUS TOMER OR CU STOMER’S
DEALER. ATN SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FO R SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCID ENTAL. OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. INCLUDING. BUT NOT LIMITED TO. LOST INCOME, LOST REVENUE.
OR LOST PROFIT. WHETH ER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEE ABLE OR NOT AT THE T IME OF
PURCHASE. AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARISE OUT OF A BREACH OF WARRANTY,
A BREACH OF AGR EEMENT, NEGLI GENCE, STR ICT LIABIL ITY OR AN Y OTHER THEO RY OF LI-
ABILITY.

CA 94080. Products qua lifying for warra nty repair will be ei ther repaired or rep laced within 10 busin ess
days of receipt of merchandise unless the customer is notified other wise.

To obtain warranty service on your unit, take or send the produc t, postage paid, with a copy of our sales
receipt to our service centre, ATN Corporation at the address note d above. All merchandise must be fully
insured with the corre ct postage; ATN will no t be responsible fo r improper posta ge, or, missing or dam-
aged merchandise during shipment.
