Connecting a TV Antenna/ Cable to Receive Channels

To view television channels correctly, a signal must be received from one of the following sources:

1.An indoor or outdoor antenna

2.A cable system, note that after your subscription is active, unplug the Antenna from the TV as shown below. Then plug in the cable from the cable company to the RF IN on your TV.

Using antenna/cable to receive programs

a. For the first time you turn on the TV, there is not any channel stored, a pop-up screen appears: “Do you want to proceed with auto scan?” The selection of YES enables you to perform a auto scan without navigating to the channel setup menu first.

b. After finishing auto scan, a channel list will be save in the TV. You can also follow below steps to re-scan the available channels for your TV.

1.Press the SOURCE button to make sure your TV is in the TV mode.

2.Press the MENU button to enter the main menu.

3.Press the RIGHT button twice to highlight the “Antenna icon”.

4.Press the DOWN ARROW (CH-) to highlight the Antenna selection.
