Configuring the Cajun Switch Using the P550/P880 Manager

Accessing the Cajun Switch Web Agent

The Web-based interface of the Cajun Switch is accessible from the Tools menu and the tool bar of Cajun P550/P880 Manager. To access the Cajun Switch Web Agent:

Select Tools > Device Web Site. Or

Click Device Web Site in the Cajun P550/P880 Device Manager tool bar.

The Welcome to Cajun Switch Management web page opens. Refer to the Cajun P550/P220 Switch Operations Guide for more information about the Cajun P550, P220, and P880 switches.

Setting Device Attributes

From the Cajun P550/P880 Manager, you can view and set attributes of your switches using familiar screens of the Cajun Web Agent for the Cajun P880, P550, or P220 Switch Release 4.0 or greater.

Viewing Device Information

You can view information about a device including:

Version Number - Version number of the firmware

Name - Name assigned to the device

Location - Location of the device

Contact – System administrator assigned to the device

Active Alarms – Number of active alarms. Click Active Alarms to view Active Alarm table.
