The Edit Utility’s IP address must match the IP address of the printer to upload the data file from the printer to your computer, or to download a new data file to the printer.
On the printer:
1.Connect the printer to your computer’s Internet port through a network hub.
2.Press

3.Enter the Manager Password and press Enter. The default password is 1234. The Configure screen appears.
